Robert A. Rausch, MBA

Robert Rausch is the Business Advisor for Delaware Small Business Development Center. At this role he provides business counseling to existing as well as startup businesses, covering all areas of small business operations, financial analysis, strategic planning, financial structuring, operations review, and business’ loan packages for third party financing. He is also an adjunct professor at the Lerner School of Business and Economics, University of Delaware. Prior to these appointments he was the Senior Finance Director Infrastructure and Operations, and Vice President Finance/Controller of AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals. At these roles he directed group responsible for providing business and financial leadership to the Infrastructure and Operations (manufacturing, facilities, and distribution areas) and established the Finance Organizational model for the newly merged AstraZeneca in the U.S. and the working relationships and reporting requirements for the International operations (manufacturing) group. He also served as the Int’l Finance Director of the International Advanced Materials Group-ICI Ltd.
